The shop floor is equipped with Horizontal Injection moulding machines with a high process capability to deliver moulded parts with consistent quality.

After precision moulding of the parts, Deflashing process is selected based on the product, shape and specification. The company is equipped with the latest technology of Deflashing techniques, using Auto Punching, Auto Trimming and Cryogenic Deflashing.

Dimension check and profile is measured using a Non contact measuring Video device.

It is done using continuous Inspection and Sorting machines ensuring the supply of good quality parts only.

Packing standards are well maintained with labelling and bar coding for traceability.
